Pressure Testing

Hydrostatic pressure testing is a process where high pressure pumps are used to assess the integrity and resilience of pipeline and process line/piping. Hydrostatic pressure testing ensures that minimum and maximum pressure limits are met to ensure the highest degree of efficiency and safety.

We have state-of-the-art equipment to provide you with the most accurate testing results, ranging from rates of volume pumped to the rate of pumping. Our experienced service operators conduct safe and effective professional testing and prepare our clients for smooth operations.

TruScan’s highly trained testers are fully OQ certified and always strive to provide exceptional service at every opportunity offered. 

Occasionally, clients may have systems wherein pressure testing with water is not the most feasible option. As a result, we also conduct Pneumatic Pressure testing when requested.

Pneumatic Pressure testing is performed using air, or an inert gas such as nitrogen, to verify the system’s ability to withstand pressures beyond its designated pressure limit and be safely subjected to its maximum operating pressure.
